?? Jenn's Trainer Tip
Soft toys don't have to be just for independent play. Use the hippo for short games of fetch, "take it" and "drop", then reward a clean release by immediately restarting the game. That teaches dogs that giving up a favorite toy doesn't mean the fun is over.
For dogs who like to dissect plush toys, supervise play and put the hippo away when the interactive game is finished.
